Sam is confident that Pilates will be a wonderful fit for you, and she’s excited to support you as you begin your journey. Before booking any session, it’s important that you attend this introductory appointment. During your 45-minute session, Sam will assess your posture and guide you through foundational Pilates exercises using a range of studio equipment. This helps ensure that your future program is safe, effective, and thoughtfully tailored to your personal goals. *Welcome to the studio! Please complete the “Welcome and Wellness” form so Sam can tailor your sessions and ensure your safety.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: To keep sessions available for all clients, any cancellation or rescheduling — for any reason — must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the full session fee will apply. Gift certificates/ free sessions are valid for 3 months from date of issue; no extensions. Firefly Pilates cannot be responsible for injuries resulting from incomplete or inaccurate health information.
