General Data Protection Regulation Policy

The Privacy Data Protection Policy held by Firefly Pilates has been updated in linewith the GDPR. The personal and health data provide by the client to Firefly Pilates is used specifically for providing information to Firefly Pilates Instructor, Samantha Moore, to choose exercises that are safe and effective for the client. Client personal information is not shared or sold to any third party. Data is securely held electronically and in some instances on paper files. The client has the right to view his/ her files at any time, and request they be amended or deleted. Client data will be held safely on file by Firefly Pilates for the duration of the Client Trainer Agreement period. Thereafter the data will be destroyed/ deleted at 6 months from the last date
the client attended an appointment at Firefly Pilates.

Cookie Policy

This website contains browser cookies which in the case of Firefly Pilates are used for tracking website usage (Google Analytics) – frequency of pages visited to help us identify and improve content.

None of these browser cookies can identify you personally, including your computer’s IP address – the only place on this website where personal data is collected, is through the contact form, if you choose to submit an enquiry. This is only used for contacting you regarding your enquiry and bookings with Firefly Pilates.

We use session cookies which only last as long as your online session, and disappear from your computer or device when you close your browser (like Internet Explorer or Safari).


Strictly necessary cookies let you use all the different parts of this website effectively. Without them, some services can’t be provided. We have set strictly necessary cookies that collect information on which web pages visitors go to most often so we can improve our online services.

Some Firefly Pilates web pages may also contain content from other sites like Facebook, YouTube, or Twitter, which may set their own cookies.
