Cancellation Policy: To keep sessions available for all clients, any cancellation or rescheduling — for any reason — must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the full session fee will apply. Gift certificates/ free sessions are valid for 3 months from date of issue; no extensions. Firefly Pilates cannot be responsible for injuries resulting from incomplete or inaccurate health information.

All new clients begin with an initial Movement Assessment session to understand your body, movement patterns, and the most appropriate approach for your needs.
Please complete your Movement & Wellness Questionnaire before your appointment so I can prepare your session in advance.
If you are enrolling a minor, please also complete the Minor Consent form.
