You’re never too old to start Pilates. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing the incredible progress my older clients make, even when they begin with stiffness or pain. I’ve had clients who couldn’t take off their socks while seated on the Reformer — and after regular, tailored sessions focused on improving posture, strength, mobility, dexterity, coordination, and balance, they’re soon able to take off their socks standing up! Moments like that truly fill me with joy.
I love knowing I’m making a real difference in someone’s life — like a 79-year-old client who lived alone and struggled to reach into a cupboard because they couldn’t lift their arm overhead. After working together, we restored that movement and independence. Seeing that transformation is deeply rewarding for both of us.
